Objectives and Tasks of the Workpackage

 

This WP is led by the head of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, Goethe-University, Frankfurt, Prof. Dr. Christine M. Freitag.


The first objective of this WP is to ensure an integrated and flexible scientific management of the project focused on the overall aims of the consortium, but also with the flexibility to accommodate new research questions. Further objectives are to warrant the proper overall management of the project and support the participants in achieving the objectives, completing the milestones in time and delivering the deliverables. Additional tasks are to make sure that the consortium’s contractual duties are carried out and to advise and guide the participants to comply with the EU regulations and their contractual and legal requirements. Final objectives include ensuring that the "good practice" of resources management as presented in the Financial Guidelines is abided by, setting-up an effective communication infrastructure and fostering the integrative process within the consortium. The coordinator will be supported by GABO:mi in project management and controlling, contractual management, communication management and resources management.
